Every participant have completed the following assignments:
- Engaged in a personal evaluation to paint a picture of where they are and where they desire to be.
- Identified voice triggers that create redundant patterns that have kept them stuck.
- Recorded a pep talk in their own voice.
- Identified 20 undeniable things they are good at, so they are more aware of their assets.
- Submitted to a performance review from close family and friends.
- Identified their peak time of productivity to become more productive daily and stop procrastinating.
- Deep dived into understanding their personalities, which include both strengths and weaknesses, enhancing their relationships both personally and in business.
- Created a 5-year reintroduction board to visualize their future.
- Ended with a final exam to ensure information was truly captured
